No Returns / No Refunds Policy
At Cant Kill A Ghost (CKAG), we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every item meets our customers’ expectations. However, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Therefore, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds:
Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than if the product is damaged upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at [customer support email] with clear photographs of the damage, as well as your order number and contact information. We must receive notification of any damage within [number of days] days of the delivery date.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds except in the case of damaged items. If you receive a damaged item and have provided sufficient evidence of the damage as outlined above, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the damaged item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Proof of Damage:
To qualify for a refund due to damage, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) as well as proof of purchase (order number or receipt). Once we have received and reviewed the evidence, we will process your refund within [number of days] business days.
Exceptions:
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the damage is determined to be caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care of the product.
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
